* Payment Terms: Acceptable methods of payment include cash, check and credit card. Full amount shall be paid to start contract.

* Additional Terms:

Approval of this agreement authorizes Braden Air Heating & Cooling to perform 2 maintenances on the systems specified for a 1 year term.   Once the 1 year term has ended, contract WILL NOT auto-renew. To continue with the AMC Membership and its benefits/services, an agreement needs to be signed again for another term.

You understand that even though we will remind you about upcoming appointments and will contact you for scheduling, it is your responsibility to make sure the maintenance inspections are done before the contract or membership expires.

You fully agree that it is your responsibility to monitor conditions of the property and understand that Braden Air is not responsible for any mold/water damage due to unoccupancy or lack of maintenance.

Annual Maintenance Contract/AMC Membership is not valid until full payment is received and contract, which will be emailed to you, has been signed. Failure to provide payment and/or signed agreement, will void this contract and we will not provide services mentioned.

There will be no refunds once payment is received and Annual Maintenance Contract has been signed.
